This technology guides product selection in our machines and how often we service them, improving the guest experience through speed and convenience and optimizing our routes to reduce our environmental impact and help our drivers get home sooner. A phone number will be provided on each machine. Should the machine malfunction, you and your employees can call us 24-7 and you will speak to a live operator. It is Canteen’s goal to have malfunctions repaired and in working order within 2 hours of receiving your call.
